Director and Senior Management Recruitment |
|
It is the actions and decisions that the people in your company take that ensure your business objectives are met. Put simply, the best people produce the best results.
This makes the appointment of your senior management a critical decision. Rampling Consulting can help you:
- Define the skills, abilities and personal attributes that your key players need,
- Market your requirements in the right areas,
- Carry out structured interviews and assessment, and
- Ensure you get the best person for your organisation.
We can start at the beginning and work with you on the job design, role profile/job description, person specification, job advertisement and recruitment campaign, and the contents of the job pack.
And… we can help in the evaluation of applicants, advising on long listing and/or short listing. We can assess candidates at the long-list stage through ability and psychometric tests and give you an assessment report to help you determine the short list.
And… we can design and deliver a one-day assessment centre. We will advise on the choice of ability and psychometric tests which enable you to see how candidates match up to your specification. We can help you develop the interview questions to extract from the candidates their relevant skills, abilities and achievements.
And… at the final stage in the process we can provide key information on each candidate and advise on the difficult decision of which candidate most suits your needs.
Where ability and psychometric tests are used in the selection process, full feedback on each candidate’s relative strengths and weaknesses is provided, and a summary is given to each candidate. Candidates will also be provided with more detailed feedback if they request it.
Assessment marking systems employed will always comply with equalities considerations. |
